What type of services do we offer?

We can design all your floral needs for your wedding, from bouquets and boutonnieres, to pew bows and wedding archways, to table centers and cake toppers. We have an extensive range of rentals from small votives to large feature pieces to cover all your décor and decoration needs.

How do I prepare for my consultation?

Please have the following 3 items prepared beforehand to bring to your consultation;

1. Inspiration photos- Everything from bouquets, boutonnieres and any décor and decorations
2. Your color palette and overall aesthetic
3. A filled out wedding flower budget calculator.  Follow the link and fill out the form to help you get an idea of prices. 

How soon do I need to book my flowers?

There are always weekends in the busier summer months that book up quickly. For your peace of mind, we suggest booking about 18-12 months in advance. If you would like to reserve your wedding date before your consultation, you can check our availability calendar (add link) and leave a deposit to reserve your spot.

How much do wedding flowers cost?

There are many factors that influence the price of wedding flowers, such as type of flowers chosen, size of arrangements and types of décor. If you're open to suggestions we can help you customize your flowers to meet a particular budget. Real vs silk

We offer both real and silk wedding flowers.  Choosing which one is best for your wedding depends on several factors.  Silk wedding flowers tend to be less delicate and have the advantage of not wilting or freezing.  Another plus is that you can keep them forever!  

One thing to note is that good quality faux flowers can be just as costly, if not more so than fresh, so budget should not factor into your decision.

Nonetheless, fresh wedding flowers provide a natural beauty and add a touch of nature to your day. Sometimes even the best silk flowers can’t beat what Mother Nature provides.

Who will do the delivery and set up?

Floral Fixx Design Studio has an experienced team of designers that can be onsite on the day of your wedding to style your event. Depending on the specifics of your wedding, we offer many delivery and set up options to make your wedding go smoothly. We can drop off the wedding party flowers, set up the ceremony and reception, and pick up any rentals.

Can you do a mock up?

We have a fully stocked cooler that we will pull from during the consultation. If we don't happen to have the specific variety of flower at that time, we would be glad to order in some samples, depending on seasonal availability.

For those who have decided to book with us, we can design a mock up table centre at no charge, on request. This gives you a chance to make the necessary adjustments long before your big day.
